Poorvu Center Transforms Online Learning at Yale

For more than 15 years, Yale’s professional schools have delivered non-credit, non-degree programs worldwide — but each operated with its own systems and processes. This decentralized approach often resulted in duplicated work and fragmented data. To streamline and support these programs, the Yale Poorvu Center for Teaching and Learning’s Digital Education team developed GLASS (Global Learner Access Support System), a centralized platform that enhances how online learners engage with Yale.
